The Influence of Public Service Motivation (PSM) on Public Sector Innovation (PSI) at the Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Kota Bandung

Public Service Motivation (PSM) research continues to advance. Based on recommendations from prior research, this study was conducted determine the strength of relationship between PSM and Sector Innovation (PSI). The researchers decided conduct their at Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Kota Bandung. It is a result symptom problem in Disdukcapil, which demonstrates that Aparatur Negara (ASN) treats service users differently based collusion, they receive undue benefits users.
